We care about our group, that why we choose people with appropriate qualifications. The recruiment proces is divided into several stages:
- CV verification – we try to respond to every request, even if we can not invite you to a meeting at a given stage. We reserve, however, the right not to respond if the recruitment process for a given position ends earlier.
- Substantive knowledge test and conversation with the Manager. The test is completed at the office, followed by a short interview with the HR manager.
- Interview with the Manager and Managing Partner. After successfully passing the two stages, we invite you to the final one, that is, the conversation with the Manager of the Department to which you apply and the Managing Partner.
The recruitment is always conducted in a friendly atmosphere. Remember that this is a process that we have to go through together to make sure that we will feel good together.
